If after completing the steps below you see "No account found with that email." it means you didn't create a password yet. Please register here with the email address you used during checkout.
- Click here OR click Forgot password? on the login page.
- Enter the email address you used to create your Ka'Chava account.
- Click Reset.
- In the automatic email you receive from Ka'Chava, click Reset your password.
- In the browser window that will open create and confirm your new password.
- Click Reset.
