The product is shelf-stable. You don't need to refrigerate it. Just store it in a cool environment between 50-70 ℉.
The shelf-life unopened is 12 months (since the date of manufacturing), however once opened, we suggest you consume it within 1 month as there are no preservatives added.
Please check the expiry date on the back of the bag as well.
