If after completing the steps below you see "No account found with that email." it means you didn't create an account yet. Please sign-up here with the email address you used during checkout.

  • Click here OR click Forgot your password? on the login page.
  • Enter the email address you used to create your Ka'Chava account.
  • Click Reset.
  • In the automatic email you receive from Ka'Chava, click Reset your password.
  • In the browser window that will open create and confirm your new password.
  • Click Reset.
