Do Bars Replace A Meal?

Ka’Chava bars can be consumed as a light on-the-go breakfast or a filling snack. They can also provide a quick hit of protein before or after a workout. While our bars have a balanced blend of macronutrients, they do not contain the same robust array of vitamins, minerals, micronutrients, and antioxidant-rich superfoods found in our Ka’Chava meal shake (The Whole Body Meal). Because of this, we don’t consider our bars a true meal replacement.
