When Should I Eat the Bars?

Ka’Chava bars can be consumed as a light on-the-go breakfast or a filling snack any time of day. We recommend them as a quick, grab-and-go option to stay fueled without resorting to fast food or unhealthy junk. They can also provide a quick hit of protein before or after a workout. 

While our bars have a balanced blend of macronutrients (protein, complex carbs/fiber, and fat), they do not contain the same robust array of vitamins, minerals, micronutrients, and antioxidant-rich superfoods found in our Ka’Chava meal shake (The Whole Body Meal). Because of this, we don’t consider our bars a true meal replacement. 

Our bars and our meal shake can fulfill two unique but complementary roles in your life: Quick on-the-go healthy snack and nutritionally balanced meal.
