Managing Subscription

How do I change the date for my next order?

  • Log in to your Ka'Chava account.
  • Click Subscriptions menu item.
  • Click Manage subscription button.

  • Click on the calendar.

  • Alternate path to change your next order on Dashboard page click Reschedule button.

  • In open pop-up window, choose a new delivery date and click save.

  • Click Save changes.
