Try any Ka’Chava product for 30 days. If you don’t love it, we’ll issue store credit to your account so you can try something else you may enjoy more!
Here’s the fine print:
- Only purchases made on www.kachava.com are covered by this policy. (Amazon purchases and variety packs are excluded.)
- Store credit includes the amount paid for the eligible product, including shipping and sales tax (if applicable).
- Store credit can be used toward any purchase on kachava.com within 1 year of issuance.
- Claims must be initiated within 30 days of the order date.
- Coverage is limited to up to 2 bags’ worth of store credit per account within a rolling 12-month period.
- Subscription and one-time purchase orders placed on kachava.com are eligible.
To request store credit, follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support team and let us know about your experience.
- Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
- Approved store credit will be added to your account.
- Use your store credit during checkout on your next order.
