Can I have Ka'Chava shakes for every meal, three times a day?

We recommend having Ka'Chava a maximum of twice a day, and we don't recommend using it as your only source of nutrition.

Ka'Chava supports a healthy, balanced diet when consumed alongside whole foods that allow you to get enough macronutrients—protein, carbohydrates, and fat—and micronutrients—vitamins and minerals. While Ka'Chava offers all of those, it's not intended to be used as your only source of nutrition.
