- On the login page, enter the email address your used to order Ka'Chava.
- Check your email for a six digit one-time verification code (please open your email in a separate tab/window and make sure to refresh your Inbox page if the email is not being received promptly).
- Enter the code you received on the login page.
If you use a @gmail.com or @yahoo.com email address for your Ka'Chava account, you can choose to login by pressing Google or Yahoo button on the login page. You will be prompted to login with your Google or Yahoo credentials instead of receiving a one-time verification code. The Gmail or Yahoo email you are logging in to must be the one you indicated when placing your order.
If you have previously marked our emails as spam, the email with the login code may bounce. Make sure you have kachava.com domain in your allow list.
If you used Shop app to complete your Ka'Chava order, you can also use the Shop pay button to login.
Additionally, upon login in you will be offered to register your device for future authentication using your fingerprint, face recognition or device PIN. This is device specific and you will need to register all devices you want to use to login separately.
