How do I change my delivery frequency?

If you didn't create an account while ordering, see this article for instructions. Please use the same email address you used during checkout.

  • Log in to your Ka'Chava account.
  • Click Manage Subscriptions button.

  • On Subscriptions page, click Edit for the subscription you would like to change delivery frequency for.

  • Click Edit for Delivery Schedule.

  • Choose a frequency (30, 45, or 60 days) from the dropdown.
  • Click Save.
  • That's it!
