Our rewards program is a tiered program that allows members to earn more perks the more they engage with us. Members receive reward points for each purchase, which can then be redeemed towards the cost of future purchases.
You also earn points for following us on social media, signing up for text messages and leaving product reviews, and are even gifted with bonus points just for sharing your birthday! In addition to earning points, members have the chance to earn exclusive access to launches, promotions, giveaways and more. You can view the full list of perks on our rewards page.

I already have an account. Do I need to create a new one to earn rewards?
We took care of that for you! All customers with an active account were automatically enrolled in our rewards program. If you have had more than one customer account with us, please note that only one rewards account was created per person.
Where can I find all of my rewards account info?

Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to creating my rewards account?
You received points with your first Ka’Chava purchase! Make sure to log in to your account that was created when you placed your first order to access your points.
What if I have an old email address or multiple email addresses and want to combine my accounts & earnings?
Contact customer support by emailing support@kachava.com and our team will be happy to assist you with merging your accounts.
Does it cost anything to begin earning points?

Earning & Redeeming
How do I redeem my points?
Exchanging your points for great rewards couldn't be easier! Simply visit kachava.com/rewards and click the 'Redeem' button to redeem your chosen reward. For more help click here.
How do points convert to dollars?
- 100 points = $1 dollar
- Higher tiers in the rewards program earn more points at a quicker rate, but 100 points always = $1 dollar. For Example, as a Bronze member, you will earn 5 points for every dollar you spend. So, if you spend $100, you’ll earn 500 points = $5 dollars.
- When you move up to become a Silver member, you will earn 7.5 points for every dollar you spend. So, if you spend $100, you’ll earn 750 points = $7.50 dollars.
- When you move up to become a Gold member, you will earn 10 points for every dollar you spend. So, if you spend $100, you’ll earn 1,000 points = $10 dollars.
How can I earn points?
For starters- each member gets 250 points just for joining our rewards program. Aside from earning points through purchases, you can:
- FOLLOW: Earn 100 points each when you follow us on Instagram & TikTok
- CONNECT: Earn 500 points when you sign up for texts
- SHARE: Earn points each year when you share your birthday (Bronze: 500, Silver: 1,000, Gold: 2,000)

Can I use my points/rewards in-store or on Amazon?
No, you are not able to earn or apply rewards points toward purchases in-store or on Amazon.
How can I get a birthday reward?
Add your birthday under ‘ways to earn points’ on the https://www.kachava.com/rewards. On your birthday we will add your birthday points to your account.
Program Limitations
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
Nope! That’s the best part about being a rewards member! You will always have an opportunity to earn more points by shopping with us, engaging with our brand and community online.
Reward Expiration
Do points expire?
Yes, points will expire one year after the date they were earned. You will receive email notifications from Ka’Chava alerting you of expiring points starting 30 days before the expiration date.
VIP Tier Questions
How is my tier determined?
Your tier is determined by the amount you spend (excluding tax and shipping) in a rolling 12-month period from the date you achieved your tier. To get to the next level, purchase your favorite Ka’Chava to unlock more rewards.
- BRONZE: $0 - $449
- Silver: $450 - $949

How do I know which Rewards tier I am currently a member of?
When you are signed into your account, navigate to the Rewards section to see your tier, progress to the next tier, earned points, and points available to redeem.
I was in the Gold or Silver tier, and now I’ve downgraded to Silver or Bronze. What happened?
Your tier status is determined by your activity and spend during your personalized Program Year. The Program Year begins on the date you achieve your tier status and extends for 12 consecutive months.
If you didn’t meet the spend requirements to retain your tier, you were downgraded to the eligible tier. You can always check your current tier status and the requirements for each level in your account dashboard. If you have further questions, our Customer Support Team is here to help!
How will I know when I have reached a new tier?
When your total spend for your Program Year crosses a tier threshold you will receive an email welcoming you into the new tier.
Tier Expiration
Once you are in Silver or Gold you will be in that tier for one year from the date you earned it. Make sure to keep interacting with our program to maintain your status (or even move up a tier)!
Troubleshooting
Why didn’t I earn points on my purchase?
You won’t receive points if you return your purchase or your purchase is canceled for any reason. Please note that any points you earn on a purchase you later return will be deducted from your point balance.
I should have earned points for a purchase/incentive but I didn’t see my account balance change. Did I get credit?
Yes! You work hard to earn points and we want you to feel confident that all of your points are right where they should be . . . in your account! The first thing to note is that there may be a delay in our systems communication and points could take anywhere from minutes to several hours to appear in your account. However, if you feel like you have earned points but they are not showing up in your account you can also troubleshoot it with these tricks:
- Try to refresh your browser.
- Try to log out and then back into your account.
- Check your ‘Rewards history’ in your Rewards account to see if the points were added without you realizing it. Your ‘Rewards history’ will show you the number of points earned, how and when they were earned, as well as any redemptions of points made on your account.
If you still feel like your points balance is not accurate you can contact support@kachava.com and our Customer Support team will look into the issue for you.
Checkout
How do I redeem my points?
You can redeem your points for a coupon code that you copy & paste at checkout or apply to your subscription. You must have a minimum balance of at least 500 points each time you would like to make a redemption, and points must be redeemed in the increments listed below.
- $5 = 500 points
- $10 = 1000 points
- $15 = 1500 points
- $25 = 2500 points
Does my Rewards Points coupon code expire?
No, your coupon code doesn’t expire.
Can I combine my points with other offers?
No, you can’t combine your points at checkout with other offers or promotions.
