You will earn your first 250 points instantly just for signing-up! Easily earn more points for spreading the word on social media.

-- Do I get points when I order Ka'Chava?

Yes! And the rewards only get bigger! Ka'Chava Rewards has 3 membership tiers:

• Bronze ($0 - $299 spent): earn 2 points for $1 spent
• Silver ($300 - $599 spent): earn 5 points for $1 spent
• Gold ($600+ spent): earn 10 points for $1 spent

You don't need to do anything to maintain the tier you are on. To get points for your very first order, please make sure to register an account first, and then place the order.

-- Do points expire?

Earned points, if not used, are set to expire after 12 months.

-- Can the promotions be combined?

You can collect as many reward points as you want and redeem them on discount code(s) in the amount of either $5, $10, $15, or $25. Only 1 (one) discount code can be used on a single order. Discount stacking is not possible.

-- How do I join?

You are automatically enrolled when you make your first order. To track and redeem your points, we recommend to create an account here.

-- How can I spend my rewards on a one-time order or a new subscription?

1. Login to your account.
2. Click Get your $X coupon.
3. Click Redeem for the available amount.
4. Copy discount code.
5. Head to our store to apply the coupon code when placing a one-time order or starting a new subscription.

-- How can I spend my rewards on existing subscription?

1. Login to your account.
2. On Subscriptions page, click Redeem and apply your $X coupon (X is the maximum amount you can redeem with your current points balance).

3. Confirm in a pop-up window by clicking APPLY button.
4. The discount will be applied to your next order.

You can also redeem and apply coupon in any available amount from the Rewards page.
