Once an order is processed, it goes into fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.
To avoid surprises, we always send you a reminder email 3 days before your next subscription order is processed. If you’re not quite ready for the next order, that email will contain a link to delay it. You also can modify your subscription (change frequency, swap the flavor, or cancel it) any time from your account.
Once an order goes through and you receive order confirmation email, you will need to reach out to customer support for return instructions. If you managed to refuse delivery from the shipping carrier, please let us know so we can send you a refund right away.
