Will I lose or gain weight by drinking Ka'Chava?

It depends on your overall diet. Many customers have shared that replacing one daily meal with Ka’Chava has helped them achieve their goals, such as weight management, but it's not meant to be a quick-fix diet shake. It's intended to support long-term, overall well-being.

A pretty clear consensus among our customers is that Ka’Chava helps keep them full.
