Is Ka'Chava safe to consume while pregnant or breastfeeding?

If your doc gives you the green light to consume Ka'Chava, you can add a few things to your daily shake to make it more nutrient-dense and calorie-dense, like nut butters, milk, banana, or frozen berries.
