Ka’Chava contains various ingredients that are considered alkaline (many of the veggies and greens) and acidic (some of the fruits and grains). However, the overall product is not considered acidic when combined with water.
But it’s important to note that alkalinity and acidity do not necessarily equate to "good" and “bad” when it comes to food. Many experts agree that our bodies do a good job keeping our blood pH where it needs to be and that foods don’t significantly impact this. Also, alkaline and acidic foods provide our bodies with essential vitamins, minerals, and valuable phytochemicals.
